EOD Suit
The design of our series II EOD suit incorporates the highest level of protection with maximum comfort and lightweight flexibility. The outer material comprises of NOMEX and KENMAL which are both fire retardant. The Inner material is a lightweight Aramid fiber.
- The series II EOD suit comprises of the following:
- Trousers
- Smock with collar
- Groin protection
- Hand and foot protector
- Spine protector
- External Blast plate(Throat, Chest and Groin)
- Cooling Suit with hydration pack
- Helmet with built in communication system with base station and air cooling fan(Air ventilation System)
- 100m Hardwire and reel
- Communication box on suit(see attached manual)
- 2 x Battery Chargers
- 2 x Cigarette lighter battery chargers
When using the two way radio as an option the control box on the suit is discarded, and is completely VOX operated and requires no hands during operation.Protection Level:

Communication:
The helmet has a built in speaker and microphone system that is controlled from the communication box on the suit. The operator has direct communication with the base station via the 100m hardwire reel or on the 2 way radio Vox system.

- Video camera mounted on the helmet which relays to a laptop which is connected to the base station.
